If you're experiencing issues with screen control in Muse, try the following steps:
Share your entire screen.
Screen control will not work if you are only sharing a specific window or application. Always select the entire screen when sharing.Using an external monitor?
Make sure you're sharing the correct display. Screen control won’t function properly if the wrong monitor is shared.Check system permissions.
Ensure that Muse has the necessary permissions for screen control in your computer’s security/privacy settings.Zoom/trackpad scrolling is not supported.
Scrolling using two fingers (like pinch-to-zoom) currently doesn’t work while using screen control in Muse. We know this is frustrating and are working on a fix—thanks for your patience.
Windows:

Run Muse as an administrator.
Some applications—like Pro Tools on Windows 11—may block screen control unless Muse is launched with administrator privileges.
Mac & Windows Keyboard Shortcuts:

Shortcut keys may differ.
Keyboard shortcuts (likeCommand + XorOption + M) may not translate 1:1 between Mac and Windows during screen control. Try experimenting with alternative key combinations to find the correct mappings.
