Video Settings

You can change your video's quality, frame rate, and aspect ratio in the video settings tab. 

Checking "Don't select a default camera on startup" allows you to enter future sessions without your camera on as default.

Tip: If your computer is slowing down, try to decrease the quality and frame rate of your video feeds. Also, limit the number of high-quality audio streams you are sharing.
