Screen Control

If you give someone else screen control while sharing the screen, they can control your mouse and operate your computer remotely. Screen control enables the user to make changes in the production and improve or record the session. 

To gain access to someone else's shared screen, follow the steps below:

• Click on the Request screen control button in the top toolbar. 

• Alternatively, you can request control by clicking on the shared screen or the three dots in the top right corner of this person's video and clicking Request screen control.

A window should open for the person sharing their screen from where they can accept or deny the request. Once accepted, you will have complete control over someone else's screen.

Stop Screen Control

The person sharing the screen can halt the remote control at any point by clicking the Stop button in the bar at the top of the screen.

 Note: For now, you can only share the entire screen of your monitor for others to control. Plugin windows will also only be visible when sharing the whole screen.
